3. When will my IndiGo BluChips be credited?

IndiGo BluChips earned will be credited to your IndiGo BluChip account within 24–48 hours after your order is successfully fulfilled and the return window has closed.

4. How do I earn IndiGo BluChips on iPlanet?

  • Online: Enter your 9‑digit IndiGo BluChip Membership ID during checkout on iPlanet’s website.
  • Offline: Share your IndiGo BluChip Membership ID at the billing counter while completing your purchase at an iPlanet store.

5. Who should I contact for order‑related queries (cancellations, refunds, etc.)?

6. Will I earn IndiGo BluChips for cancelled or returned orders?

No. IndiGo BluChips are credited only for successfully fulfilled orders after the return period has closed.

7. Can I claim IndiGo BluChips for past orders?

No. IndiGo BluChips cannot be claimed for transactions where the IndiGo BluChip Membership ID was not provided at the time of purchase.

8. What is IndiGo BluChip?

IndiGo BluChip is IndiGo’s loyalty program that rewards customers for travel and partner transactions. Members earn IndiGo BluChips on IndiGo flights and partner platforms and can redeem them for flight bookings.

9. Do IndiGo BluChips expire?

IndiGo BluChips have lifetime validity, provided your account remains active with at least one earn or redeem activity every 24 months.

10. How can I redeem IndiGo BluChips?

IndiGo BluChips can be redeemed on IndiGo’s website or mobile app against flight fares. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
