2. IndiGo BluChips are loyalty points with no monetary value. They are not legal tender, cannot be 
exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable except as permitted under the IndiGo BluChip 
Program Terms & Conditions (available at https://www.goindigo.in/loyalty/terms-and-conditions)

3. Only IndiGo BluChip Members with a valid Membership Number are eligible for benefits under 
this partnership when transacting on the iPlanet online platform and/ or the iPlanet physical stores 
(“Eligible iPlanet Platforms”). 
4. To earn IndiGo BluChips via iPlanet online platform, Members should visit the dedicated iPlanet 
x IndiGo BluChip Partner Page, log in or sign up, and link their valid 9‑digit IndiGo BluChip 
Membership ID before completing a purchase.  
5. For offline transactions, Members must provide their valid 9‑digit IndiGo BluChip Membership ID 
at the billing counter during purchase. 
6. IndiGo BluChips earned will be credited to the Member’s account within 24–48 hours after the 
order is successfully fulfilled and the return window has closed. 
7. No IndiGo BluChips will be earned if the IndiGo BluChip Membership ID is not registered or is 
invalid at the time of purchase.

8. If the IndiGo BluChip Membership Number is not mentioned at the time of an eligible transaction, 
or an invalid Membership Number is mentioned at the time of an eligible transaction, such Member 
cannot claim IndiGo BluChips for the transaction done on the Eligible iPlanet Platform.

10. IndiGo BluChip earnings apply only to net payments, i.e., the total payment made by Member at 
the time of invoicing. Penalties, including cancellation fees, are not eligible for IndiGo BluChip 
accrual.  
11. IndiGo BluChip and iPlanet reserve the right to modify the number of IndiGo BluChips earned or 
promotional benefits at any time, without notice at their discretion. 
12. In the event any IndiGo BluChip Member raises a dispute arising from this Offer, resolution of 
such dispute shall be subject to the IndiGo BluChip Program Terms and Conditions, and the 
decision of IndiGo in this regard shall be final and binding on all parties to the dispute, and shall 
not be subject to further challenge or appeal. 
13. IndiGo or iPlanet reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate this arrangement at any 
time without prior notice and shall not be liable to any IndiGo BluChip Member or any other person 
for any such modification, discontinuation, or termination. Furthermore, neither IndiGo nor iPlanet 
shall be responsible to any IndiGo BluChip Member for any losses, whether direct, indirect, 
incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with such modification, 
discontinuation, or termination of the arrangement. 
14. IndiGo does not make any warranties or representations about the quality, merchantability, 
suitability, or availability of products offered by iPlanet. You acknowledge that IndiGo does not 
endorse, control, or guarantee the quality or fitness of any such products/services. Any dispute in 
relation to delivery, suitability, merchantability, availability, fitness, or quality of the 
products/services availed under the offer must be referred by the customer directly to iPlanet. 
15. Members must contact the IndiGo team through the IndiGo website or customer support for any 
queries, clarifications and complaints pertaining to the IndiGo BluChip Program or IndiGo BluChip 
membership operated by IndiGo. iPlanet does not assume any liability for the acts or omissions by 
IndiGo and shall not be responsible to respond to such queries. IndiGo is solely responsible and 
liable for directing & disposing the acts (or omissions) in relation to the IndiGo BluChip Program. 
16. These terms and conditions are in addition to and not in derogation of the IndiGo BluChip Program 
terms and conditions applicable to IndiGo BluChip Members specified, as provided hereinabove 
and available at www.goindigo.in, which shall also apply to this offer;  iPlanet’s Terms & 
Conditions are available at https://iplanet.one.

18. iPlanet reserves the right to contract with a Member. IndiGo does not control iPlanet, and it will 
not be a party to any contract that a Member enters into with iPlanet. 
19. By availing of this Offer and making a purchase, or by registering the IndiGo BluChip Membership 
ID on the Eligible iPlanet Platforms, or by making any transaction where the IndiGo BluChip 
Member subsequently accrues any IndiGo BluChip(s), the IndiGo BluChip Member acknowledges, and shall be deemed to have accepted, all the aforesaid terms and conditions, the IndiGo BluChip 
Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of iPlanet, any terms and conditions stipulated 
on the respective web portals of IndiGo and iPlanet, or any terms and conditions specified at the 
time of the transaction.

20. IndiGo is not an agent or intermediary of iPlanet, and under no circumstance shall IndiGo be 
construed as such. 
21. IndiGo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss/damages, 
bodily injury, or death arising out of this offer or the purchase, use, or non-use of any 
products/services under this offer.
